Is there some kind of form/email/survey/phone number I can use to tell Mazda North America that my dealership sucks? The way they've treated me, I'd like to take a few punches at their "#17 nationwide ranking for customer service."

I knew about the contact numbers, but I was wondering if there was something more geared solely toward service experience evaluation. Guess I should have made that more clear.

don't have the owner's manual? go to mazdausa.com, then the owner's section, and you can download a pdf version of the manual.
