Are you gonna try to make it to that also? First, so this is a very curvey public road. Is the road closed off to public traffic during the drives? Can the runs be timed or is this more of just a cruise with other cars? Can the runs be timed or is this more of just a cruise with other cars (http:///#)? In the past it has been a cruise, I even remember there being some type of law enforcement at the lunch stop. If you look at most of the enthusaist sites about the road it is patrolled regularly, however it seems that they are fairly lax on the enforcement as long as it isn't excessive.
