I have rx8 japnese version and all the menu in sat nav is in japanese

All I want is to change the menu from Japanese to English, I don't care if you have older version map.

Umm the RX8 DVD from Mazda when you bought the car?

^^^ no, he's talking about the navigation system dvd. it has copy protection on it, and i don't think people have found a way around it. also, is the display language determined by the dvd that inserted in the drive or the firmware of the nav system itself?

Even clone dvd program can't make a copy out of it?

I Have experence in this field what you need to do is get the right program to copy good dvd copyer is DvDshrink or alcohol 120 to do cd-rom that is what i used to use so try that sry i donk have the nav in my car but anyone that is trying to help this guy out use that program.

I know ur RX8 is japanese. Maybe its time for you to dig a book and study it ?

Its not that hard actually.

Speaking of Protected CD copying. Is not that possible even with the latest PC hardware/software. It can emulate but not 100% copy. what Alcohol does was to dump/ignored most of the copy protection bits and tries to emluate them. Thats probably why with RPMS it can fool "some" of the copy protection, like SecuROM, but not always.

It requires very high level hardware/technology to be able to make it 100%. and machines like that often requires millions of dollars.
