there are a lot of supercharger kits for the elise. i remember reading an autoweek where 275HP was made. Man i'd give a left nut for an elise like that.

Well, I certainly hope the seats have improved since I sat in one last year. They were awful. It felt like sitting on a metal folding chair, worse actually. It was one of the main reasons I decided to stick with the RX-8.

I still love that car. I would just have to figure out a good way to improve the comfort of the seats without a major expense.

I thought she named it Chip. I was like, what kind of name for a car is Chip? You're basically asking for it to get dinged up. I woulda named it, Sir Crash Alot McRolledThreeTimes. Nothing bad can happen to a car named that...........

the car is a street legal go kart, what made you think they'll be putting in cushy seats anytime soon? :mdrmed:

Don't forget about K.A.R.R. (Knight Automated Roving Robot). Remember when K.I.T.T. and Michael outsmarted him? That was awesome.

Anywho, anytime some tuner guy talks about his turbo and how much boost he's getting I always think of what "turbo boost" on Knight Rider used to mean and am sorely disappointed. Who cares if you can smoke an Evo if you can't jump over a stoplight.

I'm really surprised no one has stepped up and offered to let either of these ladies sit on their laps while they drive around to act as a buffer from the harsh road conditions and uncomfortable seats. Interesting.
