lol. well not exactly. I do real estate and what I've offered in the past to my friends was car parts if they knew someone who was interested in buying a house or refinancing.

I'll give you an example. I told a few of my friends I would buy them car parts if they could get me people who wanted to refinance or buy a new house.

So basically a week later a friend called me and gave me his aunts number, said she wanted to refinance her house. I called her, by the end of the week her house was being refinanced and she was happy.

Now go back to my friend. I called him up told him she went through with the deal and I asked him what he wanted for his car. He told me he wanted an exhaust for his G35 so I bought it for him. EASY AS THAT!

Well if you guys are interested, I can do CALIFORNIA & NEVADA.

I do real estate and I know if someone refers me business and they are not party to the transaction it is illegal to give them anything other than a handshake. I figure if you are good at what it is you do, you dont need gimmicks.

 

well if someone does you a favor and you take them out to dinner, your going to arrest them? So your telling me if you were to refer a person to me and I wanted to reward you by giving you a peice of it, you wouldnt take it? because its against the LAW?: come on!

People in Florida are fun!

 

I would not take it why would I risk my career and LOTS more money that I make doing real estate for a dinner or a few car parts? People in Florida are fun, but I get a news letter monthly and they always list a few hundreds of people who lose their license for various things. I just personally dont find it worth the risk.
