Seriously, a lot of people just don't know how to handle their emotions. Some people can just say "I'm gonna kill the guy that slashed my tires!", and some people act on it.

Looking at it from the other perspective... What must have happened between them all to drive the dude to get a gun and shoot them. I'm not saying (by any means) that the dude was right, or had the right to do anything other than walk away, but I'm guessing there's more to it than the article lets on.

Either way, what a shame. I don't understand why someone would slash someone's tires to begin with (regardless of whether it was the teens involved or not). Stupid, stupid, stupid...

Something had to have happened to cause the man to feel a need to go get a gun. Knowing how a lot of teenagers act it is possible that they made some threats to this man. (Not saying this is for sure what happened and that it's all their fault. I don't know what happened.) In any case, it seems like stupidity all around caused this situation that shouldn't have happened. At least the man surrendered to police willing and we didn't have to hear about a police standoff after he killed some teenagers.

Maybe we will hear more details later on of what happened that makes the situation more clear.

Nazi meaning he is a bad dude. thats why he got some kids attention to do the tire slashing, if not, fine, maybe the kids where beening dumb kids. but is that worth killing someone over? i don't think so. either he did it cuz the kids started something, or he did it cuz he's a bag guy, either way he needs to pay with time for taking a human life. tires don't add up to 2 human lives. what ever the situation was, he needs to do time. period. didn't saying anything about self defense, plus i find it hard to believe that if the kids where attacking him he wouldn't have been able to go back in the house to get his gun.

I think that undervalues just quite how unpleasant the Nazis were, dear. It's like the British obsession with branding people they don't like Paedophiles to demonise them - and devalues the actual horror of the term's literal meaning/situation.

In Britian there is a real problem with teenage delinquency; I'm 31 and I feel like a teenager in my head, but I never acted the way some of the kids around here do - chaining an elderly woman's door shut then terrorising her because they're bored, trying to set people's houses on fire with lighter fluid and matches through the letterbox...

Shooting them may be going too far, but I wouldn't assume that they had any reason to victimise any given person, especially not a logical or karmically-correct one.
