hey does anyone know how they did today, the race should be over, they last i checked one 8 was battling for 3rd or 4th place in GT

 

the # 06 car finished 18th (i think) in gt... # 70 went out after 250 laps or so with fuel issues... and the #63 went out just after 100 laps with rear suspension issues.

 

Of the 3 RX8's in it, none finished. Although, the #70 RX8 was doing very well before it went out in the 10th hour with radiator/ engine problems.

Keep your eye on the multimedia section. I'll be uploading some footage of the #70 car later today.

Actually the 06 car wasn't an RX8 , it was car 08 that was the other RX8.

70 out in the 10th hour
63 out in the 5th hour
08 out in the 2nd hour

 

yeah the 70 car was kicking *** early on, speed channel featured the RX-8s for about 5-10 mins following the 70 car around and talking about the development and related stuff about the car.

The RX-8 running actually led the GT class for a number of laps. Pretty damn fast car considering the limited number of them entered and infant stage of development.
They will be back and you can bet a class win is in the future.

I also have a Porsche so either way I was happy.
