My headlight washers were pretty tame...slow to pop out, with a weak dribble of fluid.
Recently took off the bumper to install some bits, and found the washer pipe was kinked badly. After cutting out the kinked bit and reassembling, the washers are 100% better!
The hose was too long, so instead of coming down the fender then forward, it bent backwards, cutting off the flow.
The kink was immediately behind the passenger sidelight, if you removed the four plastic screw/plugs in the the wheel area, you could see the hose and connector. It's a big black plastic hose about 1/2" across.
If yours seems weak check it out!
(I've never used much washer fluid, but I checked yesterday, and my reservoir is now empty!)
