i'm so mad because i scratched the lip of my rims last night. even though they're the stock 18's i don't like the thought of it.
is there any way to touch it up?

Goto a "wheel" shop-- a lot of times, the dealers use a "mobile" guy that'll come to your work (or if you drop it off at the dealership). I was AMAZED at how good a job these guys can do to repair curb rash.
I've done the same to 3 out of my 4 rims. The car seems to have a deceptively wide wheel base. Couple that with the fact that I try to park closer to the curbs and farther away from the car next to me, and I'm always "feeling" the curbs.
Here's a zip file with instructions DIY repair.
I've scrapped bad because of another car not seeing me in their blind spot. The cerritos SS8 people saw it and can vouch that it sucks. Best way to fix is for a shop to do it, but like XDEEDUBBX said, just wait and get aftermarkets.
