Man, do all the insurance agents go on vacation at the same time or what? I've spent the last hour calling around trying to get a quote for the 8. The earliest I can get a quote is next Thursday???? What the f@*k! Even my current insurance company is saying the same thing.

I'm in the wrong business.

Does anybody have recommendations?

I call HB Group Insurance, which seems to be Direct Protect Group.

The actual pink slip shows Coseco Insurance Company.

I'm with waterloo, I didn't get a quote, just the ratings, I was happy to know my rate would go down from my tiburon. I'm now paying $1500.

Wing, is that $1500 for the tib or the RX8?

Thanks mdmaclean, I'll try them tomorrow.

$1500 for the tib. I just turned 25 so it JUST went down. I'll probably be at $1300 ish maybe less with the RX8

$1500 for your Tib and your 25?! Does that include the taxes? The best quote I got for my Teg was $1500 (tax included) from Federation, BelAir Direct wanted $2,000:mad:. No claims, 1 speeding ticket 3 years ago. I'm 38!!! My work is less then 5km. I live downtown tho'. Where are you at?

I'm in Kanata, no tickets or anything. I get a group discount. 20% off, so that would be $1800. I was paying $2400 with bel-air minus a student discount.

The group rate is awesome, 20% off + 5% for home insurance discount as well.

Great discount! If you look at it that way mine would be higher too, 10% renewal, 5 % home, 5 % immobilizer (viper alarm).
