Stretched a line to its breaking point a few weekends ago. Short of an hour into the usual mourning fishing ritual with a few friends at the mouth of the Brazos, this big red decided to feast on some finger mullet dangling off my cheap walmart special spin reel while my three high dollar Penn rods, standing at full attention in there rod holders, stood lame with envy. this guy was only 34.5 inchs. but fought like a 38-40 incher. some of my other buddies landed a 29 and one 32, but for once at least on that day, I was able to say to them, I was top fisherman. :)
