Absolutely, what should I use to get that mofo off?

Don't have snows on yet, don't even own snows - just got the car last week haha...
vectorwolf 12-04-2005, 02:08 PM Hairdryer helps soften the glue. Then, you can just peel it off with your fingernails.

tirerack.com is your friend... get yourself a winter wheel/tire combo (17" size) before all the cheaper rims and good tires run out for the season.
Bart! 12-04-2005, 02:15 PM Well, i'll probably get the Dunlop m3's and keep my stock 18's.
Bart! 12-04-2005, 02:53 PM Took off the loman sign with my fingernails, came off easy ..

Good, looks good.
:) now get ridoff the license plate... ;)
BRealistic 12-04-2005, 05:41 PM I must be the only guy with a winning blue RX-8 that is a 6 speed, but without any exterior options (or options besides the sports package). I ain't got no rear wing. :-P
Anyways- I am dreading the first snow here in east Tennessee. I can't justify snow tires for wath will probably be just a handful of days with snow covered roads. But still.. I may just saty home and read a good book (- iow- play video games while drinking). You got to tell your boss a good story. ;-)
such a nice car.... I WANT MINE GOD DAMNIT
Rupes 12-04-2005, 09:16 PM BRealistic, get some all season tires. Thats what i did, they work terrific in the summer and work fairly well (good enough) in the winter snow and ice. I don't have to worry about the seasons and my tires anymore!
Btw, Car and Driver just tested a bunch of tires based on wet/dry traction, I don't have the link but it might come in handy for you to get a copy of it this month

Sure- I will consider that when I buy new tires. But I only got 8k miles on mine now- and they have /at least\ another 8k miles left on them (even with my stupid driving). Until then- changing tires would be a waste of monkey.
cleoent 12-04-2005, 10:05 PM you know the last pic of the first post is sideways right?
Bart! 12-04-2005, 10:41 PM That's how it was taken, yes I know.
cleoent 12-04-2005, 11:34 PM you can rotate it with windows XP photo viewer (included) or photoshop.

Get snows :)
I have no exterior options on my 8, same as you, sport package and no spoiler. I recently got as a gift the front mudflaps and then I bought the rear mudflaps. I think they look nice, plus nicer for the car and the people behind me. Nothing else otherwise.
I do want to get a spoiler, but I am not sure which one (OEM or Mazdaspeed). I will probably hold off for a while.
