i dont know how i got it. i was fine until yesterday about 3pm. then (in the style of klegg) i vomited til my insides were on my outsides. i hadnt eaten anything weird all day. instant weakness followed by that crappy freezing/sweating thing. only slept through the night with the help of tylenol pm.

ive been drinking a lot of liquids, but i have absolutely no appetite

Quick and easy soup for when you have the flu or a cold:

2 Cans Campbell's Chicken Noodle Soup

3 Cans Water or Chicken Broth (low sodium)

1 Pkg Ramen Noodles - throw away the seasoning pack.

Combine all into a pot and heat to a low boil. Reduce heat and simmer until noodles are tender. Add salt and pepper to taste.

It will warm you and make you feel full.

If you don't have these the ingredients, get a friend to buy them for you. I'd od it, but by the time I got there, you wouldn't be sick anymore.

the only soup i have here is bear creek cheddar broccoli and that just makes me want to gag right now. same with the thought of standing up and cooking anything.

and my friends either suck or live too far away. last time i asked my friend steve to grab me food when my car was in the shop .... he left me 2 bottles of vodka on my front porch.

An aggressive "attack" like that doesn't sound like the flu - that sounds like Salmonella or another food-borne illness. Eat any shellfish in the 48 hours preceding you getting sick? Do you have a fever/chills/achiness (other than feeling like ass)?

I got the shit kicked out of me about 2 weeks ago - went from feeling great to feeling like I wanted to die - had it "coming out of both ends" for about 24 hours - had to force water down so I wouldn't get so dehydrated that I'd wind up in the hospital. Felt like shit all the next day, and then it was gone. My doctor buddy said that it had to be some sort of gut bug that I got from food somewhere. It doens't have to be a raw chicken breast or bad shrimp either - damn near anything, if coated with the wrong bacteria, will cause that.

yea its odd, it just came on all of a sudden ... and im feeling almost human today. nope no shellfish. i did have the whole fever/chills thing and the achiness is finally starting to go away.

i think my yoga this morning really helped the achiness tho. i dont know wtf it was, but im glad it seems to be going away!!!
