good movie i must say :). totally not what i expected, but not crap either. totally sux what happens to the guy at the end of the movie, but you kinda see it happening throughout the movie (don't want to spoil it for those who haven't seen it yet).

i recommend you guys watch this movie :).

Nobody wants to watch a movie about a bunch of guys using grinders and buffers on the same piece of metal they used grinders and buffers on yesterday, just to try and prevent the sudden realization that they don't really have a job. :D:

Yea, but we could call that movie "Freaky Deaky Land," instead of "Squid." :D:

On a side note, I too saw Jarhead. It is a strange movie. And that's all I have to say about that.

Spending many years in the Corps or the "suck" I can say that the movie is VERY accurate. Just hope that people understand that the current Iraqi war is much more intense.

^^^Amen to that. Of course, I was in 8th grade for the first one, so I don't have a direct frame of reference.

I hear you, I think I was in 6th. But I know that a war that has lasted going on three years now is much more intense than one that was won by pilots that lasted 4 days.

Yea, with 320 days done in that hell hole and more to come next year, I'd have to agree.
