Has the Gerber rebate ended? I cant find a link on Mazda's sight. Is there a replacement for that rebate or is it just gone forever? :(

If you have the add, and already filled out the online form, you can still use it until the 19th of Nov. If you haven't filled out the form, I suspect you are probably out of luck. :-/
