I picked up my car 9:30pm 7/24. I was showing the car off at work 12:30pm 7/25 when everyone noticed to inch sized cracks in my passenger side headlight lens cover. I already signed the PDI! I know I didn't do it. Do I have a leg to stand on with the dealer. I couldn't call him today at all (family medical issues). I am going to call him first thing Saturday. Do I have a snowballs chance in a rotary engine? :) I have already put on 150miles since my dealer is so dang far from me and my commute is like 60 miles roundtrip. I am screwed aren't I?

Maybe, maybe not. It depends on how cool your dealer is about it. The fact that you picked it up after dark is a point in your favor, it's impossible for anyone to spot everything then.

If your dealer is cool, he should write it up as a PDI issue, with deliveray. But if he's an ass, he could just say you got it on the freeway, from a rock being thrown up from another car...

My wife is bringing the car by the dealership later today. Let's see what happens. At least they said to bring it by. I hope they can just PDI it to MNAO. Let's hope

I am kind of still getting the run around on this issue. I will let you know as soon as it is settled sometime this week
