Did anyone do or hear about the new Reflex Ram Mapping or Route adaptive mapping it is a software change / dyno only and a 19 rear wheel Kw gain are to be expected. It also doesn't change the factory warranty.Did anyone do that to their RX8's already, what are your feelings, as I am thinking of doing it with my 2004 RX8 6MT.Thanks.
Also what other basic power increases was found reliably like exhaust and intake.I dont want to split the motor for porting etc.

yes SA is for South Africa.
unfortunately I dont have a webadres of them, but it was advertised in a major performance magazine. The handheld softwarfe tuning system is to be said to use the available factory maps & then only optimizes the routes keeping warranty.
It gave 19KW and 18nm gains. They also call it the Reflex car diagnostic system. This looks amazing on the dyno graphs.
The company is ATC Dyno tuning in Johannesburg

I found out a bit more today, it definately have been tested on a few RX 8's here in SA and without losing the factory waranty, and all said a definate power increase.average of 15 KW on the wheels extra.the power curve on the graph is about the same but just steeper than standard. so far no problems.
We also had some guys here in the exhaust specialist field that made a good one, I dont know power yet but sounds close to that of the greddy from speculation,I believe they removed the cat totally. Here in we can still do it,not so strict.
