Pretty cool little video. I couldn't find a time for the DB9 on their track, but, the Vanquish did it in 1:36

Are you saying the Vanquish is actually slower than the Mazda RX-8 around their track?

The vanquish is not supposed to be taken to race tracks. It's a grand tourer, not a sports car.

the DBR9 should have a time somwhere not easy to find as the track times they posted are only for cars with cup holders and can go around time... so the DBR9 is outta the records...

THe DBR9 got 1:08.XX. I just wanted to see what the road going DB9 did it in. I would assume somewhere in the range of the 997S, a few ticks back though.

I don't think they took it to their test track when it was on the show. The only episode I recall the DB9 in was the one where Jeremy raced the train to France.

They also had the convertible version on a different episode. I watched it to try and find the lap time but they didn't track them then either.

saw that video. its a new one i think he went against the ferrari sterrangello or whatever that car is. he trashed on how the A.M wouldn't let him downshift to the gears he wanted and so forth. but in the end still love that A.M

I'm going to hijack this thread. Who wants to take a stab at guessing who 'The Stig' really is? I'm guessing it's Tiff Needell.

It's definitely not tiff. He works for a competing show.

no way... Tiff has his own show called Fifth Gear... the Stig is suppose to be some racing champ that won numerous championships, but is retired right now...
