I haven't built a model car/plane etc in years, but I was good! One of my freinds is in love with the 67 Camaro because her dad had one when she was a kid. He has since passed away and the car has been sold. I have often looked for a diecast version, but, the paint is never the same. So, I thought I would build her one for her birthday which is at the end of the month.

What are the higher quality models these days? where can I buy them online.

if you are looking for a 67 camaro you are probably stuck with amt/ertl they only (mostly) make 1/25 scale which is pretty small. the 67 is now discontinued, but this place has it for a good price, and i have dealt with them many times. they are very good. they are located in canada, but they ship from the usa on usa orders. very responsive and very good. amt/ertl is not the best company, tamiya is, but tamiya doesnt make this model
