I had flooded my car the other day and had my car towed in the next day and picked it up the same day. Well on the way home i was driving no problems. Until i had gotten to a stop light at U.S. 31 and 25th street. I was trying to make the turn so i pulled out into the middle of the intersection (well not dead middle but u know what i mean) and on coming traffic was pretty packed. I finally got the clear but it wasn't that huge of a gap. So i hit the pedal 1/2 down and the car didn't go hardly anywhere. Was like driving a weak go cart. It didn't stall but the horsepower in general took a huge dump. I almost got hit by the on coming traffic still coming, however i was lucky enough that the go cart could make it across the intersection ( fairly big intersection btw). Also lately when i'm starting my car it takes 2-3 trys for it to turn over. I don't know whats going on hoping someone can help me out Thanks!. I've been reading other forums about engine problems, i live in southern indiana so its not EXTREMELY hot but its been rather warm.

 

What sort of procedures did the dealer do to deflood your engine? Were your plugs replaced? Was your cat checked?

 

Glad to hear you are ok. You might just need the latest flash. I'd be animate at the dealership to make sure they fully inspect and update your car.

 

Only thing i do know is they replaced the spark plugs
