I finally actually got to see, poke, prod, and sit in an RX-8 today (unfortunately, no test drive -- they were backing it into the showroom as I got there, and a thunderstorm was coming). My dealer called this morning and said they got their first one in last night. It's a Silver MT with the Touring package. I arranged to go see it this afternoon (the dealer is about 35-40 minutes away).

All I can say is, I'm even more excited than I was before! This car fits me very well -- it's comfortable, solid, has plenty of legroom (in the front), excellent seating position, enough headroom, and the center and door armrests are at just the right height for me.

I can't wait to drive my Titanium Red/Black MT GT home, probably in about a month!

I'm a red-lover myself (I have a Velocity Red one coming), but the posted photos of the silver and titanium RX-8's are stunning. Excellent choice!
