I think any car in this day and age would be viewed as pretty weird looking in that time period. I think you have to be slowly conditioned to certain styles before they begin to look right.

I can remember when certain mini vans aired on car&driver, they where hailed as very "Futureristic" looking, but now-a-days they are hideous.

"Crazy looking thing. What kinda mileage you get with that?"

"Um, around 23-24 mpg on the highway".

bah, remove the cat and retune the ECU and it 'may' run on leaded...maybe even be more powerful...well definitely louder. Besides they use leaded in japan.

You'd never have a chance to go to a gas station. The military would surround you and you and your flying saucer would be whisked away to Area 51, never to be seen or heard from again.
