Ok..so I definately don't attend UCF for the football. We were 0-18 before last night and hadn't won a single game last season. Well last night we played Marshall, and somehow managed to win. Students rushed the field and tore down the goal post...but here's the wild part:

We play at the citrus bowl which is at least 15 miles + traffic from campus. Some group of people was able to get the goal post out of the statdium, drive it on something back to campus, and throw it in our oh so sacred reflection pond. Here's some pics, and no I didn't take them:

Also, an Orlando PD Officer shot and killed a UCF undercover cop that had fired his gun in the air in an attempt to break up a fight that had started at a tailgate party.

I almost wish I would have gone...Problem is, I'm way too afraid of the ghetto that the Citrus bowl is in to actually attend any of the games :o

Congrats on the win! I know a lot of people are saying, "It's about time." My old high school didn't win a football game for 3 years and when they finally did, the chain link fence around the entire field was torn down. Pales in comparison to this but for a small town, it was big.
