Hi guys, took some pics of my black 8 and I think I did a good job on taking the outside pics. Sorry about the interior pics, bad job there. Hopefully I will be taking pics with my friends 350z soon..

The Nav data is stored on a DVD due to its increased size capacity vs. a CD-Rom.
The Nav system is not set up to decode DVDs.

Actually DVD stood for digital video disc and/ or digital versatile disc, but now kind of stands for DVD. Their is no requirements that a DVD device play movies at all. Its just a means of storing a lot more data than a CD can hold. Besides Mazada would not want to pick up the liability of having a video running while driving.

Link doesn't seem to work for me :(
Yes the salesman said it plays DVD information discs and not the movies...
Would it be possible to modify and have it play both?
I don't imagine watching any movies while I'm driving but it'd be kinda cool to have :D
