Well then it's official, the '8' is really ugly. You can take it to the bank, have it stamped on your pink card, because those Subaru guys are the acknowledged world experts on ugly.

Coming from the school of old when it comes to Subarus, I could NOT justify buying a WRX now even though it's gotten better looking... sorta... but compared the GC/GM body style, the new ones still look like ass... that's why I'm here...

I would really like it if it wasn't a torqueless wonder, had real tail lights, and didn't look like a penis. Besides that, great car.
I thought that one was funny. Ever noticed how falic all the classic sports cars are? Ever seen a Jaguar E-Type?

subaru is one of the worse looking cars out there... may I remind you all of the HUGE SUCCESS of the Subaru Baja! hahaha Who cares what the Subaru guys think, our car is better looking, just as fast without a turbo, and has a rotary engine - what more can you ask for?

WRX's and STI's are great performance cars.

But, to me, they are just factory turbocharged Honda Civics. And for 30K, the STI is an obnoxious joke. I don't care how much hp it has, or how fast it 1/4 miles. It looks like a car for a sixteen year old. Apply the same logic to the Evo.

Yes, the RX-8 is ugly! Do you hear that Mazda bean counters and dealers? No one wants one! The only way you're going to get rid of them is to sell them at invoice!:D

...i dont' think the STi is that hopeless, it's just the hood scoop... i do love the lights, ducts, vents, wing (WAAAAY the hell nicer than that inexcusable POS they have on the WRC car)

I like the STi, it was one of the possible cars on my "to get list." But after looking into them a bit more I realized they are too plain, especially the interior. I like being orriginal and as unique as I can, I don't want to be like everyone else. With the STi that's exactly what would happen. There are only four color choices and the only ones that fit the car are the black and blue. So practically everyone who has one picks the blue with the bronze rims. Then the interiour is even worse. Its either blue or blue and the only options you get is higher end speakers and a turbo guage. C'mon, where are the options?

When did the 8 get that extra 53(+) horsepower. Anybody??? Silly Scooby owners... they make me laugh sometimes :p .

U know whats not sexy ... their [subaru] concept car that look like a bird and tries to copy and rx-8.

Subaru's designs are pretty bland. Big flare, scoops, and wings, but nothing exciting, sexy, or good looking.
Mazda have been getting pretty aggressive with their designs. The Miata, 6, Protoge5, and the RX-8 look great.

Impeza and Evo are ok if you want to look like a "boy racer"!!
