View Full Version : another poll for mazda: income bugbear 07-21-2003, 04:09 PM i beat oilman to this one :p considering the mazda is a cheap car (relatively), what's your annual gross income? Stu C 07-21-2003, 05:54 PM Well, I dunno if many people will want to give up this info... There is also not a 'variable' category for the self-employed like me, so I swing between a few cats from month to month... STU MarkW 07-22-2003, 01:48 AM Just to complicate things :), is this single or joint (if married/with partner) income? c170673 07-22-2003, 01:54 AM As my good lady wife is a lady of leisure, my vote is purely sole income. (and i isn't the £100k+ either, mores the pity) Chris morganrogers 07-22-2003, 02:02 AM I had no idea I moved in such wealthy circles ! Must be going up in the world... :) AndyPearce 07-22-2003, 03:55 AM So no-one is paying their annual salary on the RX8 according to these figures. p.s. Can one of the 3 in the £100k+ bracket lend me a tenner?:p cw007 07-22-2003, 04:03 AM here Andy just for the record. Im a Scot as im sure you have worked out before now, wife is Jewish god help our kids (havent got any yet but working on it ) The tightest/meanest kids on the face of the planet. cw007 07-22-2003, 04:05 AM My vote is our joint salary. I dont earn over 100K personally, mores the pity :( However with the missus chucked in we do. cw007 07-22-2003, 04:33 AM and to add to my last entry we are still both skint. Spending a fortune on the house at the moment. RobDickinson 07-22-2003, 04:54 AM My vote is joint income, as its a joint purchase. oilman 07-22-2003, 05:00 AM Should be able to afford the 1st RX8 meet somewhere posh with a nice overnight stay then!! Any Suggestions?? Cheers Oilman c170673 07-22-2003, 05:31 AM I agree, subsidised by those earning over £100k? Chris KEF 07-22-2003, 08:03 AM Originally posted by AndyPearce So no-one is paying their annual salary on the RX8 according to these figures. some of us are. Stephan 07-22-2003, 09:37 AM same here joined income. You should had a level upper :) But it depend on what you do with your money. I know the french are more willing to spend on Houses, Germans on cars, Brits ... dunno. I guess for those in London cars, and the rest House ? oilman 07-23-2003, 02:57 PM The combined income of all 37 that voted is impressive. A lot of buying power MAZDA UK!!! However, no one's impressed with the Accessory Prices so there are only 2 conclusions: 1) They're overpriced 2) We're all tight arses Cheers Oilman Stu C 07-23-2003, 03:55 PM Originally posted by oilman However, no one's impressed with the Accessory Prices so there are only 2 conclusions: 1) They're overpriced 2) We're all tight arses Cheers Oilman Well, I'm a tight arsed Scot but the prices are waaaaaaaayyyyyyy overpriced, I think we all agree It will stop me buying nearly everything, except maybe 1 or 2 bits. STU morganrogers 07-24-2003, 02:08 AM Well - just because I like the sound of my own keyboard.... Agree - Price of accessories will stop me buying all but the essential outlet fins (which I am now settled on brushed finished for those who care). I would have had quite a few bits had the prices been half what they are - but no more. So Mazda - you have actually made less money by having those prices in the stratosphere - well , from this customer at least ! Actually , I think the accessory prices have annoyed me more than any of the other stuff to date.... Weird.... Morgan. |
