You remember ùy past adventures with Mazda representatives - well you do because you suffer the same pain :)
I have written to Mazda FR and complain about it (4 months delays, no sat included, depreciation old car, rent of a transition car - baby, and lack of communication).
After two email exchange the marketing manager gave me 1200 euros rebate - 2 additional warranty extension.
For sure this is not the Sat for free, but hey I think it was worth to mention it to help your future negotiations (or past ones :) ).
BTW, I have chosen Black, but do you think Nordic Green worth to look at it ?
