Hi everyone, I'll soon be entering what's to known to many as the eternal rain season in Seattle, WA. I currently have stock 18" wheels, stock tires (Potenzas), and stock suspension.

I'm considering about going with some Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3 (245/40/18) all around or possibly Toyo Proxe T1-S (245/40/18).

I've been thinking about ordering a set of sways to eliminate my body roll, but I've heard some people comment that it might affect handling on wet roads.

Since I can't avoid the rain seasion being that this car is my one and only daily driver, what would some of you recommend for driving on rain almost 24/7?

The RX 8 is designed to handle fairly neutral. I see that you have RB equipment on your car allready and I'll assume your looking at their bars also. RB and most other suppliers of sway bars are looking to enhance the handling of the car, not destroy it. In race cars, when it starts raining, they stiffen the front of the car and soften the rear or remove the rear sway bar completly. This only works if you have adjustable bars.
I wouldn't worry about the cars handling in the rain. Unless you got the base car, you are equiped with stability control to assist when you go a little beyond where you should be.

I am looking into the RB sways, unless someone can convince me of a decent set of adjustables. I hear Whiteline sways are adjustable, but I've also heard noise problems (creaking, bushings?) and that they are solid bars and thus weigh a lot more.

Being that I drive my car like I stole it, I've had my car slip on the rain a million times, and I know that tires/suspension can make a world of difference! Ultimately, I want to improve my dry handling w/ the sways, but I want like to ensure that by installing the sway bars I'm not degrading my wet handling. What about stuts or undercarriage braces?
