Yeah, to take it one step further, FEMA believes that there are 3 most likely incidents that the US may vulnerable to are 1) a hurricane strike in New Orleans, 2) a terrorist attack in New York, and 3) a large scale earthquake in San Francisco.

The first two are a foregone conclusion - they already occurred. #3 is kinda scary.
