This car is the JDM Verisa. Not a bad looker... too bad it has little power and no stick in Japan. If they gives this car some balls and a stick... I might have found a low cost alternative to a RX-8/Mustang GT. Yummy...

the verisa is a redressed version of the demio, or mazda2 in europe. while demio is an excellent mini car, it's not exactly super exciting to drive and very unlikely that it'd be imported here. on top of that, verisa is designed to be marketed to girls. i'm not trying to sound sexist. verisa is designed to be nice and stylish and pretty and quiet and easy to use. the most notable feature to distinguish it from the demio (besides its prettier look) is a harddrive in the stereo that can store 3000 mp3's

I know. The Verisa is marketed for housewives and only comes in Auto. The Demio is better than the ugly ass Toyota Vitz or Nissan March and more interesting to drive. Don't forget that Honda is planning to release the Fit in the US... Mazda will need something...
