This is really cool. RG and I had kicked around the idea of a similar concept with the rotary engine being used as a generator rather than batteries. The rotary would be a great way to package a small power plant that could generate electricity very efficiently since it could be customized to operation in a narrow range with extremely low fuel consumption. When you get to ditch the tranny, drivshafts and even possibly brakes, you could save a ton of weight and space.
Either way, nice job buy Mitsu, maybe this will be a technology set that helps turn the company around.
