Age 11 months, 9 days. I'll be going car seat shopping this weekend.

You are such an irresponsible parent! Don't you know you should get him a beater! A $30K car is too nice for an 11 month year old! Tell him to get a job and save his hard earned money for a Yugo.. :p

Yeah -- the question is whether to save the 68 mustang or the 93 miata for him or his brother. Actually, I can't keep both -- so the Miata has to go..

Yup -- I needed a car to handle both him and his 3 year old brother and the Miata didn't qualify. That's why I started car shopping in Sep 02! When I heard about the RX8 that was it -- I've been wanting a rotary ever since I sold my 79 RX7.

That's what diapers are for (and leather seats clean up better than cloth -- been there, done that).

You HAVE to get the Recaro baby seat. A little miniature Recaro seat would look perfect strapped into the back of the Rx-8.
