he guys.. so i got my rx8 with the gt package about 3 weeks ago... but i need another car.. id like to lease a car, and try to keep the payments under 200 a month.... so far, the 2005 vw jetta is $1,074 down, $199 a month.....the 2005 accord is $1999 down, $199 a month.... im not sure about the rest..... please state your comments or opinions on which car to get.... anyone know about a lease plan for the altimas? thanx

if you are looking at the Jetta forget it...you'll get a much better car for less in a Mazda 3

why do you need another car? what's it going to be used for?

i have an rx8 and a 94 3000gt. . . rx8 replaces the 3000gt.. and a new car replaces the the empty space... need something fuel efficient on the side

lets say you fill up once a week in the 8 of 12 gallons at 2.25 is $26.40

Total for the year: $1372.80

lets use the same numbers but the car is only filled up once every week and a half:

Total for the year with 'fuel efficient car': 915.2

Saves you 457.60 a year

is that enough to warrant paying for an entirely new car...payments/down payment...plus higher iinsurance+maintenence (we are talking about a VW here...you break something it costs twice as much to fix)

Now if you are doing this for environmental reasons...get a bike :D

Go check out a Saab 9-2 or 9-3, my friend just got a 9-3 for 234 a month and the 9-2 Linear should be even cheaper. These deals will be going on til Aug. 1st.

im not buying another car so i wont drive the rx8 due to poor fuel economy.. i just need another car... there is more than one person in this household

and as far as maintainance... the new vw are redefined and use many toyota parts.. but wutever, its a lease, its under warranty, so if i get the VW im cool for 3 yrs
