According to U-mazda, one of my cooling fan died. They said they ordered the parts today so I am not sure when I can get the car back….

I had to run next to a 350Z, G35, Jetta, 911 Carrera, and some crazy Mom in a mini van from hell on I5. :)

That mini van was fast... Must of had Icemastr's turbo in it...

I think Kirkland would be best. It's not Bellevue or Seattle, meaning you can park for free most places, and it's central (north and south, any how). There's an Outback in Totem Lake, or a couple of places on Lake Washington Blvd.

Occasionally, I'll pull out from a stop and here a bang-rattle-rattle-clang-bang then when accelerating under load, there's a nice clack-clack-clack that increases as the revs go up. Then I'll park her for a while and she behaves like normal.

Called today, tranny is still to be pulled, sure it takes longer but im glad they told me that they wouldnt just give it to any tech. Makes me feel special... or... worried... =) You taking it to U Mazda? I took it there cuz its a few blocks from work... (I work at UW)

Got my car back... aparently there was some debris in the shifter??? they said it was a common enough problem where mazda had documented it? they couldn't answer me though where the debris was comming from or what it was... damn secretive dealers lol...

Glad its back though... now to try to pay attention to see if i can find something else wrong... lol

BTW I saw a black RX8 just showing up at the service section, had nav, and a sunroof... Didnt get to see or talk to the owner though...

Back to driving... today seems like a good day to skip outta work early lol.

Mine goes to Lee Johnson, where I bought her. They're closest and have always been good with my 7. We'll see. I have to see if I can MAKE her misbehave on my way to the dealer. She's done it twice now, but it's not consistent, and I've only got a little over 2K left on warranty.
