I normally don't agree with about everything we talk about regarding faith, but the above quote is one that I agree with 100%! People that can't play very good 3D games have pretty bad spatial awareness...and it shows when they try to play in the 3D world and just in daily life. My wife can be standing at a certain point in a store, someone is RIGHT behind her trying to get by...and she does not notice at all...lol. Something I think is good about games (cause I know there are bad too) is that a makes you think while TV tends to keep you in a kinda sorta dumb state as I call it. So...at least watch good stuff on TV so you be less dumb...lol, sorry I was watching TV while typeing this...me hungi...got to go... Note: Well...I guess the quote was was not your statement, lol, but I agree games are not ALL BAD :) Luftwaffle 07-15-2005, 07:41 AM "The degree of attention needed to play such a game can distract the player from the sensation of pain," Professor Mark Griffiths, of Nottingham University in England, said in an editorial in the British Medical Journal. This is my favorite part. I love a feel-good article. :D rx8wannahave 07-15-2005, 08:01 AM Yes...nothing makes you feel calm like C4, lol!!! |
