Well, obviously that was way too easy! Your emoticons are in the mail. I never hear the RX-01 mentioned in this forum, even though without it, there wouldn't have been a RX-Evolv or RX-8.

I remember when the RX-01 was shown at the Tokyo Auto Show in 1995. Because the RX-7 was too expensive for me at the time (I was a poor college student), I thought it was great that Mazda was going to put out another more affordable rotary. I loved the front wing! But then Ford came along….....
