I still have no idea when my exhaust is due to arrive since i still can't get a valid tracking number from you guys. This is pretty screwed up.

Have you checked your email? I replied to the one you sent me today with a tracking number.

Yes I have, and that tracking number is not valid, please recheck the number that you gave me. I really should not have to go through these lengths to receive my order.

I PM'd you the tracking again. Its on the vehicle for delivery today.

Go thru what lengths? I shipped the order on the 15th and you are getting it on the 19th.

Not the shipping time so much as the fact that it required multiple emails just to get a tracking number so that I know when the order is due to arrive at my doorstep. That's the purpose of a "tracking number." Maybe I expect too much, but if you could have provided me with the correct number the day that it shipped, then I wouldn't have a problem at all. You seem to have the best deals on RX8 parts, and I would like to buy from you again, its just that I place more of an emphasis on customer service than I do item cost.

I ship 300 orders a month and dont have time to update each customer multiple times on one order. If you need tracking right away then the best way is to call me and speak to me directly. Email is not the quickest way to reach me.
