That was by far the most humorous debate I've ever seen.

I enjoyed the subterfuge he created by repeatedly removing and reapplying his specticals. Absolute genius!

WOW! I had no idea of this guys background. If you ask me he's more qualified than the two goons in office now.

Vice Admiral James Bond Stockdale (born December 23, 1923) is one of the most highly decorated officers in the history of the United States Navy. He was the highest ranking naval officer held as a prisoner of war in Vietnam. Stockdale led the U.S. air squadron during the 1964 Gulf of Tonkin incident. He wears 26 personal combat decorations, including four Silver Star medals and the Medal of Honor. Stockdale is also remembered as a Vice Presidential candidate in the 1992 election on Ross Perot's independent ticket.

I loved ross....he is my god in many ways. the way he saved his guys....


As for Stockdale, well, god speed. Another great man destroyed by the media. The fact he was not a polished slimy politician mad him all the more lovable.

As Dennis Miller observed, he committed the unpardonable sin of "not being good on television".
