i just called irvine mazda

me: hi, is kin in

lady: no, he'll be in around 2 o'clock

me: hmmm, is john deloss, the manager, there?

lady: no, i expect him to be in anytime now. can i take a message?

me: do u know anything about the rx8's?

lady: the rx8's r in

me: 'thinkin to myself, wtf'. THEY ARE!?!?!?

lady: yes

me: can u check to see if mines there

lady: gets my name and goes away for like 5 mins. gets back on phone and says "sir u better call back when john deloss gets here, between 12:30 and 1".

me: ok, do u know when the rx8's got here?

lady: we just got them

me: like JUST now

lady: yes

me: ok thanks, bye

so im gonna call back at 12:30 and see whats going on, wish me luck guys

I spoke with Kin. He just got there @ 2:00. He said there were only 2 RX-8's on the truck that were sold by him, and mine was not one of them. Tribal I hope 1 is yours.

Kin says another truck is coming this week. Hopefully mine is on it.

i finally get a break, my cars here!!!!!!!!!!


but it aint over yet. i just spoke with kin and he said the cars not PDI yet. and his sales manager is in a meeting. he has to ask him if i can pick it up today. the manager is out the meeting at 3, so kin is gonna call me after 3 and tell me whats going on

I just finalized the dealer work on mine. They've got 6 in but Ali showed only 5, and by then I didn't bother to ask where the 6th one was. A red one had been PDI'd, but the buyer decided to pass on it when he saw my grey. While I was there a fella named Lauren (sp?/memory?) crawled in mine (with my permission) and looked all over it. Turns out he preordered a black one that was sitting in the back. (Afterwards he, I John and Lauren's wf/gf were talking, and John & wf/gf had owned an 86? RX7, Lauren had owned an 89 RX7 & I still had my 91.)

While I was there several other people came in looking for the gr8t 8. Some were preorders, others were non-preorders but aware of the car.

The total color inventory of RXs was my grey, 2 red, 1 silver and 1 black. And they look mahhhvelous.

weird, only 1 titty grey? Yours must've been in the garage getting PDI'd whilst mine sat their with bird poop on it. But even bird poop looked great on that car!
