any rough figures for shipping to sydney?

Hope this doesn't take long-- after my order, I called and spoke to a guy and asked if he can estimate the shipping. He said approximately two days, since it's coming directly from anaheim--I'm about an hour away. :o

Any intakes ordered this week will take an extra day to process. Im out of town which means we are short one guy at work. He is putting orders in as fast as he can and sending them to Racing Beat.

I ordered my RB intake 11 days ago and your site still says "In progress". As I said when I spoke to you on the phone, I am moving on Monday. You told me it would arrive in 4-5 days, which it has not. If my item has not be shipped I need to cancel my order as I will not be here when it arrives. Feel free to respond here tonight, or I'll just call in the morning.

If you were so close to RB HQ.. why not just order it from them? Pick it up in person... besides they would match the prices here.. or even beat it, since they are the ones that make it.

From now on Im not drop shipping these items from Racing Beat. Im going to stock them here which will be easier for me to give tracking and know what is going on with the orders.

That will raise your overhead & expenses, which you might have to pass onto us, the consumer.

Instead, can you not have contact with RB every day to verify what has shipped?

The problem has been that a couple of customers have called Racing Beat for tracking on the order they placed with us. Its not Racing Beats responsibility to deal with my orders so they wont give tracking and customers were getting mad at Racing Beat and bitching at them. These couple of people dont understand that if the order is placed thru me then they have to reach me to check on it. You can thank them for ruining the good discount.
