Peanut butter is the perfect food. It's a condiment, you can bake with it, you can have it plain, and it makes a great treat for your dog. Then you can be entertained while you watch them try to get it off the roofs of their mouths.

People usually turn up their nose when I tell them that my favorite burger is made with bacon and peanut butter. Not a healthy entree, but definitely a once-in-a-while treat. Don't knock it till you've tried it!

Rotten, I'm sorry to hear your son's allergic. Is it just peanuts?

I actually picked peanut butter as my "desert island food" on a survey once. I'm pretty sure any food would become really boring if you could have that and that alone while stranded, but I couldn't think of anything else I could withstand longer than PB!
