The ports they have left are where they hit the shores for distribution to the regional inland ports. They are then transferred to regional ports to be distributed to dealers at the set time. Mazda has several inland ports:

Port Woodhaven, MI
Port Midlothian, TX
Port Kansas, MO
Port Jersey

Hachi.. if you saw some of my posts about a week or two or three ago..

There was one dude in Hawaii who worked down at the port of Honolulu.. He saw them all arrive one week, and the boom they were gone the next.. Mind you that was the last week of June. Since then, they have been nowhere to be seen..

I've asked all the dealers here, and none claim to have them. Which is why I asked, if they're not at the ports, and not at the dealer, someone is hiding them. And as you may know.. our dealers in Honolulu arent miles away from the docks... they're like minutes away..
