Ooh, this is a tough one. I'm filling out the Customer Satisfaction Survey and it asks:
"Indicate from the list above (1-46) the ONE item that was MOST IMPORTANT for selecting the model you bought: ______"
I have eliminated "11. Gas mileage (fuel economy)." This leaves me with 45 other tantalizing choices.
So, for sheets and giggles, here's a poll with some of what I consider the strongest contenders. Man, just getting this down to 10 is difficult!
What do you think?

Well, I have known about the love people have had for their RX7's and also known that the rotary is unique, but not much more then that. It was the exterior styling that pulled me in to investigate. So I vote for exterior styling.

I have to say seating capacity because if it couldn't fit 4 people (2 kids) the rest wouldn't matter.

the front fenders and grill give it somewhat of an appearance of a Lotus 7-I do not really like the rear styling though.

When choosing any car, my priorities are, in order of importance,
1. Price - What can I afford?
2. Styling - Does it look good inside and out?
3. Practicality - Will it suit my lifestyle? Assuming I can only afford one car.
4. Performance - How fun is it to drive?
5. Maintenance - Is it easy and cheap to maintain?

It's tough for me because the reason I liked the RX-8 was because it had ALL of those things! Fun to drive was def. high on the list, as was the exterior styling, but i liked that the inside didn't look cheap either, and it also is comfortable enough for daily hour commutes, and is big enough to fit a suitcase for the occasional vacation, and..and...
