i dont' like it... it looks very "rice" and just awkward...

it's like -- it's trying to incorporate the splitters, but they kinda look like wings... bent wings that i used to make on paper airplanes.. and that aluminum mesh grill has got to go... i mean, you have a black 8, and the wheels are bronze - what are they trying to match?

it's *** ugly in my opinion... but that's just my opinion.

yea its not a widebody at all...all it does is just extend the rear of the original fender flare...

those are some nice fenders and the front bumper looks good, but it would look great if the grill wa painted black!

I really love the wide body on the 8 above ^------- but the only thing I don't like is that you can't mix it with the MS front bumper which I already have, I would need to buy another front bumper to match and that sux!

ditto on that, I'd love to know who makes this thing, and if they have better pictures. I bet the back looks absolutely insane! I'm assuming any widebody you go with is going to be a complete kit to compensate for the wider fenders, but I could be wrong about that. The one above looks to be a bit more than just your average fender flares etc.

but the black rx8 is widebody in the front atleast but the r magic is a complete widebody

The RX-8 posted by Canary is the Goldin Brothers RX-8 which takes part in the recent Grand Am series.
Needless to say its a totally custom 3 rotor RX-8, I have to agree that is the nicest widebody RX-8 I saw. Its very wide to accomodate the super wide racing slicks.

Unfortunately the car crashed during the prelims and in the end they replaced the black kits with a red one... doesnt look so nice, but... its still a great piece of work.

But still a darn fine job for those guys, one of the only 3 teams of RX-8s going against the usual boring drab procession of Porsches.
