Today at work, I noticed a co-worker was feeling down and obviously stressed out about some work that had to get finished. So being the good, caring person that I am, I suggested that they needed a little diversion. After about ten quick miles of high revving stress-relief, a remarkable change in attitude was noticed. I hope St. Peter remembers my good will when it counts, I mean, I really wasn't using this as an excuse to drive the 8 again. :D

Today a friend of mine was basically insulted by another team's manager, nothing major, but he was PO'd big time. He wanted to tell the manger a few not so nice things but I calmed him down.

I did not calm him to be weak but calmed him because the way the manager spoke or what she insinuated was simply not worth his breath. I told him for at least today, to be bigger than her and ignore her.

Now if she act's up again...it will be on her head.

Note: He was not going to hit anyone or something, he was just going to verbally get ugly

I carried a bag of potting soil out to the car for an 80 year old women. That is the god's honest truth. I am quite sure she deserved it. In many nations the old are respected. In the US we want to ignore them.

geez. Now that I reflect, there is only one nice thing I did today. I gave a person a sincere compliment. That's pretty good, I guess. I thought his team playing ability was the best going.

Unless you let him/her drive, I'm not seeing the good deed in this :)

They couldn't drive a stick. Would have let them though, I always like sharing the fun.

I found a really nice pair of wire strippers in the Home Depot lot, I tracked down the owner and gave it to him.

I lost the hitch off my truck today (left it on the bumper and forgot) I hope someone repays the favor :(
