I recently installed the av electronics system to play video on the navigation screen. the install was successful however, I can't get audio to play. Can you or anyone for that matter help me with where to plug in the RCA cables from the av electronics

hello...mr2hevn TheDosDog is correct I use the PIE adaptor plus MAZ/alp Din to RCA cable, I picked up at www.mazdaparts.com to feed crystal clear audio into the head unit...when installed (just plug into back of HU) u press the 'cd' button twice or get to it through the mode button on the stseeering wheel to access the 'ex 1' which is the aux in...

I can help you install it...takes no time at all.

thanks for the answer, just to make sure...here is what I should be purchasing from mazdaparts - - HU DVD PIE for $114.00 and the PIE ALP/M-RCA for $14.50

is this correct? also if you would, could you include a link to the installation of these items as I'm sure it's on this board somewhere.

$114 if you need the upgrade of your Head Unit w/pie included (lower than 9.55)...if not then just get these:
