In my quest for better MPG, i have resulted to looking for a replacement MAF. Any estimates on this?

why buy a new one when you can clean the old one or are you have connection problems?

Thats been done, its been rumored that some of the mafs are manufactured differently..

The MAF's are quite cheap...if you buy another stock one. From what I understand they are a common part for Mazda...ie same as Protege? Last quote was about 100$

Don't know if it will help though.....theres more to t than that

hmm that hks unit looks promising...wonder how easy it would be to have that hooked up?

brake clean, elec. parts cleaner, carb cleaner
