I've been seeing a bunch of 8s in my area lately. City of Industry and Rowland Heights. Anyone here? There has to be cuz I could of swore I got a few waves back.

Theres one that travels on the 60 between industry to pomona. i never personaly saw it yet. Wonder what the thing sounds like....

I work in the City of Industry/Hacienda Heights area M-F, and am usually on the 60 going to and from the Rancho Cucamonga/Fontana area. My 8 is black. I have the MS front, sides and wing, and fender strakes...no rims yet, but plans to get some maybe by the end of suummer. I've seen a couple of silvers the last couple of days...and even met up with a guy who had a black 8 with 19 inch Axis Milanos with an Eibach drop...looked nice...

Nice, I don't believe we have crossed each other. I try to wave, but sometimes I don't see the other 8 until it is too late. I usually just jerk my head over when there's only a second to see. Otherwise, my hand goes up.

I've got a blue rx8 w/ mazdaspeed bodykit and wing and bronze 19" volk ce28n. I live in Diamond Bar, but I usually go to Rowland Heights for dinner or lunch on weekends. There is a black rx8 w/ greddy turbo and Veilside Version 2 bodykit parking near comlia and fullerton rd all the time. Is that you, poorman?

Hey, if anyone is interested, there are a couple of "events" scheduled that I will be going to. The first is in Tustin, and the Best Buy parking lot right off the 5 freeway this Thursday. The OC rx8 group will be attending, as well as a SRT4 group, EVO8 group and STi group. It was fun last time I went. Show up anytime between 8:30 and 9:45. Crowd starts to thin by 10:00.

Second event is this Saturday in San Bernardino (14th). Check the Monthly meet in San Bernardino thread or PM me if your interested. Show up time is 9:00..with two rally points set for people coming from different locations. The rally point I will be at is Farmer Boys in Fontana...off the 10 freeway at Cherry. We then will cruise to the final rally point, and then for a great cruise through a mountain road. This is a once a month meet that is well worth the drive out. We went through Big Bear last month, had some lunch, as was done around 130/200.

Third event is the Malibu cruise. This was a new event that had a small turnout last month, but is anticipating a greater turn out this time. Check the Malibu cruise thread or pm me if interested. There is only a single rally point for this one, but if someone is interested, maybe we could add a rally point and meet up somewhere near azusa and the 210 freeway.

Age range varies. The OC group tends to be the youngest, but the meet in Tustin is well attended. At least 50 (and more like 75) when I showed up. The Malibu is the next, with some aggressive driving opportunities and great spots for lunch. The San Bernardino is the oldest, with some aggressive cruising opportunities. There are video's from the last event up to review. I welcome all of you to go to any of the events. If you show up, please say hi. I'm in a black 8 with the MS body kit and fender strakes...usually wearing my Chapman University sweatshirt :).

I live in Rancho Cucamonga.... but I don't own a RX-8 yet! But it's soon... so soon I can taste it. I'll have one by this saturday, if not the next saturday for sure!

I've also seen that black RX-8 with veilside kit and Advan version 2 rims in Colima. Who's is that? Whosever it is, it's your fault that I'm getting a black RX-8. :-)

There are stickers available...Polak graphics I believe, hes in the vendor section. There are two RX8 sites I've found...this one, and another "Southern California RX" site.

Wow. Lots of comments while I have been away. I have a Silver 8 with Grand Touring. You'll know I'm from here with the Billet Grille.
I had no idea about the 8 at Ten Ren. Will need to go there. Usually go to Lollicup which is also on colima, and there's usually a Velocity Red. I want to head over to the OC meets, but right now I still have high school to deal with. When I graduate, I'll be heading over.

Angela, it's not really the problem that I'm in high school, just the problem that school the next day is guna wipe me out. I already fall asleep in my classes... Maybe I should still try? HAHA. I'll need someone to help me stay awake at 11. Let's go! :D
