I having a hard time figuring out the tein flex coilovers. I took my rear shocks and when i looked at the teins the have an adjuster at the bottom in witch you can screw up or down is there a certain hieght for this ?? if i adjust this now that means i got to take the shocks off again to lower the car or raise it ??? someone who has them please explain me this part as iam stuck and the insruction dont help alot either. :(

hmmm i can't really answer that as i don't know for sure, but 1 thing i know.

with mine, the 2 adjuster rings met with each other (at the bottom of the shocks, no space between them), and thats the lowest the car can go.

your best bet is to send TEIN a email
I have several times and they usually respond quickly
