Got a call today that my rx-8 is in. The ONLY info I ever got from them. Sheesh. I am now going to have to figure out how the heck I am gonna afford this vehicle!

I am very happy with my deal from Heritage. I got a 685 credit score, and they gave me a decent lease MF. It was about what I have been hearing from people as the Mazda credit corp rate (.00340 for 48 mos). My residual was 52%. I had an upside-down trade, and they kept trying to push the trade out of the deal... not an option for me. They were creative with their financing solutions, but a little too much haggling for my taste. The trade-in was fair in the end, but they probably made about 25% (or 3,000) on the trade alone.

As promised, I got the RX-8 at MSRP.

The only bad thing (other than haggling) I have to report is that between the beginning negotiations, and the final deal, they test drove my car to other people. I complained to the sales manager (Robert) and he apoligized after I repeatedly stated that I had a verbal agreement with the salesman, and closer that there would be no test driving taking place with my vehicle.

Overall, I would recommend this dealership for those who like to haggle (you can get a good deal from them if you are patient and willing to spend the time). I would also recommend them if you live nearby. Ask for George, or Robert (Manager... not closer). They gave me the best service while I was there. Jake was OK, but a little too busy to be as attentive as I needed.
